Whether you have a specific presenting issue or feel you need support facing the
challenges of life, I can help you discover more about yourself and deepen your life
experience. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety and depression and
understand the difficulty of change and healing. I have seen the adversities faced
by many clients and supported them through some of life’s most difficult times.
I am a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I earned my
master’s degree in social work. Throughout my 10 + years of working with diverse
populations, I have grown a deep passion for wellness and healing all identities. I
believe in giving my clients the tools they need to connect to themselves and their
values and motivations. I believe in building a true human connection with clients
and creating a safe space for clients to feel a non-bias and non-judgmental
presence. My goal is to assist clients with their thoughts and feelings of self-worth,
self-love, and self-exploration. I like to incorporate mindfulness and body
movement with traditional cognitive therapies for a holistic approach to therapy. I
have a lifelong passion for helping my clients to discover tools and resources to
navigate life’s difficult challenges and supports clients in their path to growth and
healing.
